Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swift Fix website and platform. By accessing our services, creating an account, or submitting information through our site, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Swift Fix on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Swift Fix provides a cloud-based facility management and CMMS platform, including work order management, asset tracking, vendor management, preventive maintenance, reporting, and related features. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. Service availability may vary based on your plan, region, and maintenance windows.

You agree to:

You retain ownership of data you submit to Swift Fix. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to upload personal or operational data into the platform.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup or in your order form. Fees are generally quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access after reasonable notice.

Swift Fix and its licensors own all rights in the platform, branding, documentation, and underlying software. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Swift Fix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Either party may terminate a subscription according to the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends, subject to any data export period stated in your plan or contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
